Amy Robinson is a commercial litigation and insurance coverage attorney with two decades of experience in the New Jersey courts. Among her other accomplishments, Amy assisted in trying Universal-Rundle Corp. v. Commercial Union Ins. Co., an environmental insurance coverage case on behalf of a ceramics manufacturer, which resulted in a seven-figure recovery for her client. She has also successfully handled products liability and personal injury defense on behalf of numerous major corporations.
Amy has successfully represented corporate and individual clients in complex insurance coverage and commercial litigation, with a focus on coverage for environmental contamination, Sandy litigation, business interruption, malpractice by attorneys and officers and directors as well as cyber-liability. Amy has also appeared on behalf of corporate clients in EEOC matters and conducted sexual harassment training. Representing individual clients, she has appeared before the Social Security Administration to obtain disability benefits, counseled clients on estate planning issues and conducted real estate closings.
Amy has served an Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Tort Law at Union County College.
Amy is a 1994 graduate of Boston College Law School and 1991 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
